Approx. 300 sqare metres, 4 bedrooms; an attic room with a double bed and two sleeping possibilities on the ground for e.g. children, another attic room closed with glass, a double bed room on the ground floor with a bath room accessible only passing the sleeping room - the bathroom has a bath tub and a shower and separate toilet. A sleeping room with double bed on the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor, a large open kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, dishes, etc. with a large kitchen table, approx. 80 square metres living room with an open fireplace, an extensive seating area, a large flatscreen-TV, a panoramic balcony to the south and view to the Stubai Glacier.

Children's price list summer - if children are sleeping in one room together with two adults:
Children up to 6 years are our guests. From 6 to 10 years they get a 60% reduction, from 10 till 18 years a 50% reduction.

Prices per person and day including half board and Cristall extras.

Local tax: € 1.50 per person per day (from 15 years).
Bed and breakfast:  price is reduced to € 10, -- per person per day.
Additional payment for full board € 20, -- per person per day.
Supplement for double room single use: € 15, -- per day.

Pets/dogs are allowed, we charge € 5, -- per dog per day without food.
Please inform before arrival.
